What You'll Do:
- Partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily assisted living operations, ensuring excellence in resident care, customer service, and regulatory compliance
- Lead department teams to achieve operational, quality, census, resident satisfaction, and financial goals
- Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses to support efficient and effective community performance
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and standards of conduct
- Coordinate state surveys, inspections, and audits, maintaining survey readiness and leading corrective action initiatives when needed
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, regulatory agencies, and community partners
- Demonstrate service-oriented leadership while developing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance operations, resident satisfaction, and organizational success.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment through oversight of infection prevention, emergency preparedness, life-safety, and sanitation programs
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing strategic initiatives, supporting team development, and enhancing the overall resident experience
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable are of study (required)
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in long-term care setting(required)
- New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license (required)
- Certified Aging Services Professional license (preferred)
