An established New Jersey firm is adding a healthcare attorney to its regulatory and transactional practice.
The clients are the providers themselves — hospitals, physician groups and surgery centers.
What you will do:
Advise hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers and other providers on regulatory compliance and transactions. Draft and negotiate provider contracts, employment and service agreements. Handle corporate transactional work for healthcare entities, including formation, affiliation and acquisition. Counsel clients on licensing and regulatory requirements.
What you have:
Two or more years in healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional practice, with real contract drafting experience. Exposure to providers, physician groups, hospitals or ambulatory surgery centers. New Jersey bar admission is required. New York admission, or a transferable UBE score, is a plus but not a requirement.
