Role: Healthcare Business Analyst (Hospital/ Provider industry experience is Mandatory)

Duration: 6-9 Months

Location: Remote

Rate: $45/hr Max no Negotiation

Job Description:

• Track and monitor project progress against milestones and program requests
• Assist in coordinating schedules and logistical support
• Monitor team progress and ensure quality of deliverables
• Manage project records and ensure proper storage of documentation and artifacts
• Prepare planning and progress documentation as needed
• Attend internal meetings and summarize key points for team distribution
• Assist in preparing communications and reporting using dashboards and tools
• Collaborate closely with project managers to reduce administrative burden
• Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to continuous improvement
• Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support within a technical or infrastructure environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong adaptability and comfort with change
• Familiarity with ServiceNow as a PPM tool (preferred)
• Experience with SmartSheet (preferred)
• Technological proficiency
• Knowledge of Applications and Upgrades
