- Advanced SQL and data analysis
- Business requirement gathering and analysis
- Technical documentation:
- PDD (Product Design Document)
- STM (Source-to-Target Mapping)
- Functional & Technical Specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Experience working with Data Engineers, Data Modelers, Developers, QA, and Business teams
- Ability to own deliverables from requirements through implementation
- UAT and testing experience
Preferred Skills
- Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum
- Snowflake, Oracle, Greenplum
- Alteryx and workflow development
- Offshore team coordination
- UAT planning and execution
- Technical certifications are desirable
