Healthcare Business systems Analyst
Location: Newark NJ
Duration: Contract 06 Months

Experience/Skillset:

3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
At least 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required( must of experience in one of the domains Enrollment, claims, Auths or providers)
Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the
Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers
Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories
Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills
Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities
Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
