What You'll Do:  

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence throughout the day
• Carry out assigned care services in accordance with individualized support plans and accurately record completed tasks and observations
• Monitor resident well-being through routine wellness checks and respond promptly to requests for assistance
• Provide support during dining periods, transfers, ambulation, and the use of assistive devices as needed
• Foster a welcoming and compassionate environment by building positive relationships with residents and collaborating effectively with colleagues

What You'll Need:  

• 18 years of age or older
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required) 
• Prior experience in long-term care setting preferred
