Job Title: Healthcare Client Services Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting healthcare operations by responding to and resolving customer inquiries using our ticketing system. You will troubleshoot login issues, assist hospital staff with platform navigation, and provide guidance on best practices for case management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot login issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Assist hospital staff with navigating workflows within the platform.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for case management and scheduling.
  • Understand medical terminology to effectively communicate with hospital systems.
  • Understand the workflows of Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Rooms to better assist customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Experience in call centers, data entry, and administrative support.
  • Knowledge of healthcare troubleshooting, medical devices, and medical billing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
