Healthcare Clinical Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

• Minimum 12+ years' experience as a senior Data Analyst in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of FHIR
• Excellent skills building source to target mappings using hL7/FHIR messaging protocols, technical and functional requirements and conducting analysis in a
• healthcare setting.
• Experience analyzing processes and understanding the interactions between various healthcare systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, developing agendas, requirements of elicitation, and facilitating collaboration across a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills.
• Experience analyzing processes and understanding the interactions between various healthcare systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Analyze and interpret clinical and healthcare datasets.
• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain clinical data for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for clinical and business stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Use SQL and Excel to extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from clinical datasets.
• Support clinical studies, healthcare programs, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, IT, and business teams.
• Ensure data handling follows HIPAA, privacy, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Document analytical methods, processes, and results.
