About the Role: We're looking for a certified healthcare compliance professional to lead quality reviews and ensure our facilities meet all state and federal regulations. You'll be the go-to expert for: Conducting onsite facility evaluations Implementing corrective action plans Training teams on compliance standards Ideal Candidate: Passionate about healthcare quality and safety Thrives in a leadership role (even without direct reports) Loves solving complex compliance challenges Key Responsibilities Compliance Leadership Perform state-required facility surveys (FSR/MRR/PAR) Develop and monitor corrective action plans Maintain up-to-date certification through required trainings Process Improvement Identify gaps in audit/survey readiness Lead mock surveys and educational sessions Streamline reporting processes Data & Reporting Manage complex healthcare databases Analyze findings and create action plans Prepare documentation for regulatory audits Stakeholder Collaboration Advise leadership on compliance matters Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Serve as liaison during regulatory visits Must-Have Qualifications Active California clinical license (RN, MD, PA, or NP) Either: 2+ years as DHCS Certified Site Reviewer OR DHCS Certified Master Trainer 3+ years in leadership roles 3+ years database/spreadsheet experience Bachelor's degree + 7 years healthcare operations experience OR 10 years without degree
