Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls. Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activities. Coordinate with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, regulations, and project requirements. Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality challenges. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with Superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation. Oversee project financial reporting and forecasting. Manage project closeout, punch list completion, and final client turnover.
