Job TitleHealthcare Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure all projects align with client expectations and contractual obligations. Background in healthcare interiors strongly preferred. Experience with medical office buildouts or renovations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced interior projects. Local to Charlotte, NC required. Prior experience with healthcare clients (e.g., hospital systems) is a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000. Competitive bonus potential.
