Healthcare Construction Project Manager - DC MetroThe Healthcare Construction Project Manager - DC Metro will:Own end-to-end delivery of hospital construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and executionPartner with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones are metMonitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actionsManage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency across all phasesReview and approve invoices, contracts, and change ordersEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety codes, and build standardsConduct site inspections and enforce quality control measuresCommunicate project updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and execute risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overrunsCollaborate with healthcare professionals to meet specialized facility requirements (infection control, patient safety, equipment integration)MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
