Define project roles, estimate resources, and collaborate with hospital staff, contractors, architects, and engineers to align timelines and expectations.
Enforce strict healthcare facility safety measures across all renovation and construction projects, overseeing work quality and warranty responses.
Monitor and communicate key metrics—including risks, milestones, slippage, and project percent complete—to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
