Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent - CT with a strong background in healthcare construction to oversee projects throughout the New Haven, CT market. This individual will be responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

As a Healthcare Construction Superintendent - CT you will:

    • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and healthcare facility personnel.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules while driving adherence to milestones.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements, and site safety standards.
    • Conduct quality control inspections and proactively resolve field issues.
    • Manage project documentation, daily reports, and team communication.
    • Maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders.

Profile

The successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent - CT candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing healthcare construction projects.
    • Experience with hospital renovations, medical office buildings, laboratories, or occupied healthcare facilities.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare construction protocols, phased renovations, and infection control procedures.
    • Excellent leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects in active healthcare environments.
    • OSHA certification and healthcare project experience preferred.
