The Healthcare Construction Superintendent - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day field operations for a 150,000+ SF healthcare facility featuring operating rooms and patient rooms.
- Managing project safety, quality control, scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination throughout all phases of construction.
- Serving as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong relationships with owners, healthcare stakeholders, design teams, and project partners.
- Collaborating closely with project management and field teams to drive project performance and maintain schedule commitments.
- Coordinating inspections, documentation, and project milestones while ensuring compliance with healthcare construction standards.
- Fostering a team-oriented jobsite culture focused on accountability, communication, and successful project delivery.
Profile
The successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent - Greenville will have:
- Proven Superintendent experience leading healthcare construction projects.
- Experience delivering hospitals, medical facilities, healthcare expansions, or other complex healthcare environments.
