Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator (Care Coordinator): QI Advisor to fill a position with a Non-Profit organization located in Jericho, NY. This 1099 contract role provides Quality Improvement support, gathering and synthesizing information from contractors to carry out deliverables. This position is ideal for a healthcare professional with a strong background in quality improvement and a passion for supporting mission-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Program Lead/Health Information Technology Subject Matter Expert; and
  • Provides Quality Improvement support in meeting with contractors and gathering information to be synthesized to carry out the deliverables; and
  • Assists with content for report writing and deliverables; and
  • Other activities may be deemed necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Licensure: N/A
  • Experience:
    • At least three (3) years of experience working in a healthcare-related field.
    • At least one (1) year of experience in quality improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from various sources. Experience with report writing and deliverables.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project leads, contractors, and team members.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
