Role Overview

We are seeking Healthcare Investment Banking Analysts and Associates to support M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions within healthcare services, life sciences, and health tech.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)

• Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations

• Conduct industry and company diligence

• Support deal execution and client communications

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

• Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
