Job Summary:
The Healthcare Finance and Analytics Specialist serves as a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining financial, operational, and reimbursement analytics that drive executive decision-making across the organization.
The role will be dedicated to payer contract strategy, reimbursement analysis, contract renewals, and negotiation support while providing actionable insights regarding profitability, growth opportunities, service line performance, market trends, and organizational structure.
This position will play a role in supporting mergers or consolidations of entities, assessing service line expansion, and creating executive-level reporting that guides organizational strategy.

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives (10%)
Business Intelligence & Reporting (10%)
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
