Healthcare IT Recruiter

Superlanet is growing and hiring an experienced Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our team! This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, opportunities for advancement, and hands-on training.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Healthcare IT talent
  
• Partner with the team to meet client hiring needs
  
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through placement
  
• Meet weekly and monthly activity goals related to sourcing, outreach, candidate screenings, and placements

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in Healthcare IT recruiting and staffing
  
• Experience recruiting for Epic positions strongly preferred
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  
• Strong knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Editor, and PowerPoint
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  
• High energy, professionalism, and a competitive drive
  
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and earning potential
  
• Candidates local to San Diego who can work onsite are preferred; remote candidates may be considered based on experience

• Total compensation potential: $70,000–$120,000 annually
