The Healthcare, Lab & Pharma Solution Manager is responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and deployment of HVAC, Building Automation, and Critical Environment Control solutions for healthcare, laboratory, and pharmaceutical facilities.
As the companys subject matter expert, you will combine deep knowledge of mechanical systems, airflow management, room pressurization, environmental control, and critical environments with strong business acumen to develop innovative, differentiated solutions that improve patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer outcomes.
You will work at the intersection of customer needs, market trends, product innovation, and commercial strategy to drive growth in some of the worlds most demanding and highly regulated environments.

The range for this position is $135,500.00 to $268,500.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
