Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

You'll provide direct nursing care to residents in short-term rehab and long-term care, working alongside a team that's been recognized for how it treats its people, not just its residents.

What you'll do:

• Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift
• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
• Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan
• Administer medications and document care accurately and on time
• Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support recovery and long-term wellbeing

What you'll need:

Required:

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level needed to safely administer medications and document care

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

Pay and benefits:

• $33-$40/hr based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time evening shift, paid per company policy
