Healthcare Paralegal
Compensation: $46.00 - $54.00 per hour
Location: Sacramento, California
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week after onboarding - T/Thr/Fri)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected law firm to identify a Healthcare Paralegal for its growing healthcare practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with healthcare law experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex regulatory and transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys with healthcare regulatory, administrative, and transactional matters
Assist with regulatory filings, administrative hearings, and client projects
Draft legal documents, including memoranda, notices, motions, and correspondence
Conduct legal and factual research utilizing online research resources
Organize, maintain, and manage case files and legal documents
Coordinate hearing preparation, exhibits, calendars, and filing deadlines
Communicate professionally with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders
Assist with document review, productions, and matter management activities
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare law matters in a law firm or similar legal environment
Paralegal certificate required
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, terminology, and regulatory agencies
Strong legal drafting, research, and document management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams
Preferred Qualifications
Litigation support experience
Experience supporting attorneys in a healthcare practice group
Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage
Experience with electronic filing and document production processes

Pay Transparency Notice: Compensation for this position is expected to range from $46.00 to $54.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
