We are seeking an organized, proactive, and relationship-focused Healthcare Partnerships Coordinator to help expand its presence within the communities it serves.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, building processes from the ground up, and contributing ideas and best practices within a growing healthcare organization.
This role will report to the Fractional VP of Operations and will help develop healthcare and community relationships, coordinate outreach activities and events, and establish practical systems for managing partnership opportunities and follow-ups.
Research and develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, laboratories, community organizations, and other potential referral partners
Coordinate participation in healthcare fairs, community events, and other outreach opportunities from planning through follow-up
Conduct outreach, arrange partnership discussions, and coordinate next steps with prospective and existing partners
Maintain organized records of contacts, outreach activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and partnership progress using a CRM or other agreed-upon system
Identify opportunities that strengthen community visibility, patient access, and referral growth
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Experience working in a remote startup or similarly fast-paced, evolving environment
Availability to provide approximately 30 hours of support per week
Availability for company-wide meetings and collaboration, when needed, between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM Pacific Time
At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, lead generation, business development, community outreach, or a related field
Experience building relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare providers, community health organizations, or other relevant partners
Experience coordinating projects, events, or outreach initiatives from planning through completion
Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts, partnership pipelines, outreach activities, and follow-ups
Strong relationship-building, communication, research, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and professionally represent Genesis in meetings, events, and other external engagements
Preferred Requirements
Experience supporting the evaluation, selection, or implementation of a CRM system
Interest in building a long-term relationship with Genesis as the organization grows
