Job Description
The Healthcare Construction Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and play a critical role in delivering successful healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, procurement activities, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain successful project outcomes.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all project activities.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance expectations.
- Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
