With a robust pipeline of healthcare developments in Nashville and the surrounding region, they are looking to add a talented Preconstruction Manager to their growing team.Lead preconstruction efforts on healthcare projects from initial concept through GMP. Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering proposals. Collaborate with owners, architects, and consultants to align scope and expectations. Manage the bid process, including subcontractor outreach and evaluation. Provide constructability analysis and risk identification. Support business development efforts and client presentations.
