Description

Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Foster and promote a proactive project safety culture across all job sites
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, bid packages, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
  • Review subcontractor progress and lead regular project meetings to ensure milestones and goals are achieved
  • Oversee project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations, including ICRA standards when applicable

Profile

Healthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven expertise in healthcare construction projects (hospital, medical facility, or clinical environments preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ICRA protocols and healthcare construction standards is highly preferred
  • Ability to read, interpret, and manage all construction documents and specifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, systems, and skilled trades
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders
