Job Description
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to drive accountability and teamwork.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment.
- Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with stakeholders.
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Support quality assurance, punch list completion, and project closeout processes.
- Mentor junior field staff and Assistant Superintendents to develop leadership capabilities.
- Maintain a professional presence with clients, design teams, and regulatory authorities.

The successful applicant:
- Has 10+ years of hands-on construction experience, including at least 5 years in a PM position.
- Has proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once, ideally within healthcare or medical office environments.
- Has a consistent track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Has solid knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Has strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Is skilled in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with platforms like Procore.
- Has a thorough understanding of OSHA standards and safety management practices.
