Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client — a well-established primary care clinic in Fort Worth, Texas seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Healthcare Receptionist to join their front office team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a professional and patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate is a people person who is comfortable managing a busy front desk while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum, high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Prior experience in a medical or clinical front office setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and patient-first attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency

Scope of Work

  • Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
  • Verify patient insurance and collect co-pays at time of service
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately
  • Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Manage front desk correspondence and patient inquiries
