A rapidly growing home care organization is seeking an energetic and driven Healthcare Recruiter to support the continued growth of its PDN, HHA, and DDD divisions. *Responsibilities:*
• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants
• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
• Source caregivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting events
• Maintain consistent follow-up to move candidates from application to hire
• Attend job fairs and community recruiting events
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
*Qualifications:*
• Healthcare recruiting experience required, Home care recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
