A rapidly growing home care organization is seeking an energetic and driven Healthcare Recruiter to support the continued growth of its PDN, HHA, and DDD divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in building a strong caregiver workforce.

*Responsibilities:*

• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants

• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process

• Source caregivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting events

• Maintain consistent follow-up to move candidates from application to hire

• Attend job fairs and community recruiting events

• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process

*Qualifications:*

• Healthcare recruiting experience required, Home care recruiting experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
