What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies and fill open positions.
Create and manage job postings, sourcing campaigns, and talent pipelines.
Represent Deaconess at career fairs, community events, educational programs and institutions, and networking opportunities.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and support onboarding activities.
- Train and advise managers on recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR policies.
- Build relationships with universities, workforce partners, and community organizations.
- Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
Knowledge of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
3 or more years in a recruiting role, staffing, sales, business development, or related experience.
