Salary: $57,000 per year ($50,000 base + $7,000 COLA) + weekly commission (after training)

- Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $25.00 per hour
- Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission + Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $7,000
