Healthcare Recruiter – Sarasota, FL
The IPG Team is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter for our Sarasota, FL office — $80,000 to $100,000 in expected Year 1 compensation, plus 50% commission and a real path to leadership. The Position
We're seeking a motivated, full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals with our clients. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Sarasota, FL — not a remote role. You'll work directly with clients and candidates to build lasting relationships while growing your recruiting career with a team that invests in your development.
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience With a Track Record of Achieving Goals
- Fluent in English With Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Computer Literate and Able to Quickly Learn New Systems and Tools
- Able to Commute to Sarasota, FL 34240 and Work On-Site
Preferred:
- Experience With CRM or ATS Systems (Crelate Experience a Plus)
- Prior Healthcare or Staffing Industry Recruiting Experience
Responsibilities
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:40 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Work On-Site in Our Sarasota, FL Office in a Collaborative, Team-Oriented Environment
- Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle, Including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Placing Healthcare Professionals
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients and Candidates
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies to Meet Client Needs
- Utilize CRM/ATS Systems to Manage Candidate Pipelines and Client Interactions
- Ensure a Seamless, Professional Recruitment Process for Clients and Candidates
