We are seeking experienced and entrepreneurial 360 Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who thrive in a full-desk environment and are comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, placement, and account growth.
Recruiters will have the opportunity to work across multiple healthcare staffing verticals, including:
Locum Tenens (Physicians)
Advanced Practice (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs)
Travel Nursing
Allied Health
Per Diem
This role offers significant earning potential through a highly competitive commission structure and the freedom to build and grow your own desk.
Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including both client acquisition and candidate placement
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers
Source, recruit, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals
Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building
Negotiate bill rates, compensation packages, travel stipends, and placement terms
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and client opportunities
Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and placement activities
Track recruiting metrics and consistently drive revenue growth
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Proven ability to source, recruit, and place healthcare professionals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience running a full 360 desk (business development and recruiting)
Experience within one or more of the following verticals:
Locum Tenens
Advanced Practice
Travel Nursing
Allied Health
Knowledge of healthcare staffing margins, bill rates, and travel compensation packages
Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing placements
