Billable-hour framework: 2,000-hour annual bonus threshold, with market reporting indicating approximately 1,800 client-billable hours and up to 200 qualifying hours for pro bono and other approved activities.

Flexible hybrid culture historically recognized for allowing approximately 50% remote work, subject to client, team, office, and current firm expectations.

Exceptional pro bono platform: more than 107,000 pro bono hours recorded in 2025, with recent recognition from the Financial Times and Bloomberg Law.

Job Details

The Opportunity

Advise hospitals, health systems, outpatient providers, healthcare professionals, digital-health and health-technology companies, investors, and management organizations on complex regulatory matters.

Counsel drug, biologic, medical-device, diagnostics, food, dietary-supplement, cosmetics, laboratory, trade-association, and clinical-research clients.

Collaborate closely with litigation, white collar, transactional, intellectual property, and other specialist teams.

Conduct sophisticated legal research, draft client advice, analyze evolving regulatory requirements, and manage workstreams with increasing independence.

Participate in a practice that invests heavily in substantive training and mentoring.

Candidate Profile

Minimum three years of healthcare-law experience, including representation of hospitals, health systems, providers, or suppliers.

Excellent research, writing, analytical, and academic credentials.

Ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively across disciplines.

Current admission or eligibility for admission in the selected jurisdiction.
