$180,000 – $300,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Regulatory & Transactions Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Atlanta.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in a sophisticated healthcare practice involving healthcare regulatory counseling, transactional matters, compliance, and strategic business issues for healthcare providers, health systems, physician groups, investors, and other organizations throughout the healthcare industry.

Ideal Background

• 2–6 years of healthcare regulatory, healthcare transactional, or related experience

• Experience advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups, healthcare providers, healthcare companies, investors, or other industry participants

• Experience with healthcare regulatory matters involving the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and other federal and state healthcare regulations

• Experience supporting healthcare M&A, joint ventures, affiliations, investments, and other strategic transactions

• Experience conducting healthcare-specific regulatory due diligence in connection with corporate transactions

• Experience advising clients regarding licensure, compliance, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and healthcare business arrangements

• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, healthcare agreements, physician arrangements, management agreements, and other commercial contracts is a plus

• Ability to identify and analyze regulatory issues arising in sophisticated healthcare transactions

• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and deadlines

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
