- Negotiate contracts and terms of employment
- Provide support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in using AI and other technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
