Consulting Team MemberRequired Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Preferred Education: Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or directly related field Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics Role Daily Responsibilities: Supports strategic planning; manages moderately complex projects; using internal systems and partnership with data teams to collect data, performs data analyses (Excel/Tableau); summarize findings (PowerPoint); facilitates stakeholder alignment and meetings Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: Applied data analytics (financial and data modeling, synthesis of data into actionable insights); workforce needs assessment and capacity analysis; project management (stakeholder management and alignment, communication) Job Overview: Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure alignment, buy-in, and coordination of stakeholders to drive business initiatives. Provides insight and supports development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment, manages moderately complex projects, performs data analysis, and contributes to change management activities. Project topics may include physician workforce planning, strategy and business case development, and operational optimization.
