Job Description
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for the hospital campus project. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all stages of the project. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to avoid delays. Prepare and review project schedules, reports, and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. Communicate effectively with the project team and client representatives. Oversee resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have: Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
