Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for the hospital campus project.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all stages of the project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare and review project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and client representatives.
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.

Profile

A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Offer

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000+ base salary
