Healthcare Superintendent - Construction

Lead Complex Healthcare ProjectsLead all field operations for ground-up healthcare construction projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee quality control, inspections, and safety compliance. Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges. Mentor and develop junior field staff and assistant superintendents. Ground-up healthcare construction experience is required. ACHA experience is preferred. Experience delivering healthcare projects valued at $20M+ is preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes and requirements is required. Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms is required. A stable employment history with demonstrated career progression is required. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills are required. A college degree is preferred but not required.Competitive base salary - negotiable (above $150K depending on experience). Annual performance bonus.
