Description

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience (5+ years considered for mid-level roles)
  • Proven track record managing K-12 construction projects
  • Experience with project scheduling & updates (P6 preferred, Procore is a plus)
  • Strong history of delivering projects on time & within budget
  • Ability to lead field teams, mentor staff, and drive project success
  • Experience working with clients, owners, and trade partners to ensure project alignment

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: $118,000 - $142,500 DOE
