The organization operates as a medium-sized firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a robust project backlog.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through closeout. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operations. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality expectations. Coordinate inspections, permits, and project documentation. Partner closely with project managers and leadership to drive project success. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation, tracking, and communication. Oversee technically complex scopes, including healthcare and infrastructure work.
