Description

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide construction efforts.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site activities.
• Foster clear communication among team members and stakeholders to resolve challenges efficiently.

Profile

A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
