Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced, analytical Talent Acquisition Manager for hybrid position based in Boston, MA. This leadership role is responsible for directing recruitment operations for Nursing and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), managing a seasoned team of seven recruiting professionals, and driving strategic workforce planning. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, emotional intelligence, and a data-driven approach to optimize recruitment workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight for all recruitment activities supporting Nursing and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) hiring.
Manage, develop, and foster accountability within a high-performing team of seven recruiters, sourcers, and administrative support personnel.
Partner closely with internal recruitment staff to maximize workflow efficiency, process consistency, and overall candidate experience.
Continuously evaluate, refine, and modernize recruiting processes to improve hiring speed, quality, and compliance.
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, providing data-backed talent acquisition guidance.
Develop, track, and interpret comprehensive recruitment and workforce analytics dashboards for senior leadership.
Leverage technology and data to manage organizational ambiguity and deliver impactful workforce planning insights.
Explore and integrate emerging recruitment technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, into active workflows to optimize efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Possess 5 to 6 years of direct people management and leadership experience within talent acquisition or a closely related human resources function.
Demonstrated history of successfully leading recruitment teams in complex, fast-paced, or clinical environments.
Strong analytical mindset with deep experience building dashboards, synthesizing reports, and making data-driven decisions.
High emotional intelligence with a proven capability to manage ambiguity and communicate effectively with diverse leadership styles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills marked by tact, adaptability, and professionalism.
Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Demonstrate native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior professional experience utilizing Workday or participating in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations.
Direct exposure to workforce planning, financial analytics, or advanced talent acquisition metrics.
Comfort working in highly technical, regulated, or intellectually rigorous operational environments.
