Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, with an initial focus on Healthcare/Health Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 20+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Handle full-cycle recruiting from intake through hire.
Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare/health insurance.
Experience recruiting Nurses, Clinical Appeals, UM Specialists, STARS, Risk Adjustment, Quality, or healthcare analytics roles.
Comfortable recruiting across Healthcare, IT, Operations, and Finance.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, MS Office, and Teams.
Strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
Self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
