Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare ground-up and interior projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project progression. Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any potential delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

A successful Healthcare Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience with healthcare construction, including ground-up and interior projects. Strong ability to manage and coordinate on-site construction activities. Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Ability to travel as required for project needs.
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 and up based on experience. Generous per diem monthly truck allowance. Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
