The VISTA Member will support capacity-building efforts by conducting a communications audit and developing digital marketing and social media strategies, including Canva templates, content calendars, and engagement tracking. They will support fundraising by researching grants, creating proposal templates, assisting with campaigns, and tracking donor activity. The VISTA will build and improve technology systems and workflows using tools like Google Forms, shared drives, and SOPs. They will strengthen community outreach by developing strategies, tracking partnerships, and supporting campaigns and storytelling efforts. Additionally, they will create sustainability resources such as a VISTA manual, system documentation, and staff training materials to ensure long-term impact and continuity.
