HealthTech / MedTech Social Content Strategist & Copywriter - # 26-22334

Job Description:

• We’re looking for a hands-on Social Content Strategist & Copywriter to help translate brand and marketing strategies into engaging social content and compelling copy.
• The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling and copywriting skills with hands-on experience creating social assets, managing content across platforms, and understanding how content drives audience engagement and marketing outcomes.

• Experience working with HealthTech, MedTech, digital health, healthcare, life sciences, biotech, medical technology, or technology brands is highly valued.

• Develop and execute social content across channels such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create original short-form video, graphics, carousels, stories, and other social assets.
• Write, edit, and proofread engaging, on-brand copy for organic posts, campaigns, boosted content, and paid social.
• Translate complex healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, AI, data, science, and technology topics into clear, audience-friendly stories.
• Adapt messaging, creative, and tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Manage content calendars and publish approved content using Sprinklr or similar social media management platforms.
• Track content performance and support reporting on engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and other social KPIs.
• Research emerging social trends, platform developments, and relevant healthcare/technology conversations to identify new content opportunities.

• 2+ years in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, or Content Creation.
• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and brand storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create content for professional brands across multiple social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with social content creation, including graphics, carousels and/or short-form video.
• Familiarity with social media publishing and analytics platforms; Sprinklr is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate technical or complex subjects into clear, compelling content.
• Strong understanding of social engagement, content performance, and audience growth.
• Experience in HealthTech, MedTech, healthcare, digital health, life sciences, biotech, medical devices, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating both visual content and written social copy.
• Basic understanding of paid social, boosted content, and campaign performance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
