Parkway ENT & Allergy is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join our established ENT practice in Houston.

\n

As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced ENT physicians to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare services and personalized treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Perform comprehensive audiologic and hearing evaluations
• \n
• Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments
• \n
• Provide hearing aid evaluations and treatment recommendations
• \n
• Fit, program, troubleshoot, and adjust hearing aids
• \n
• Deliver exceptional follow-up care and patient counseling
• \n
• Educate patients and families regarding hearing loss and available treatment options
• \n
• Collaborate closely with ENT physicians to ensure continuity of care
• \n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• \n
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of hearing healthcare services and workflows

Qualifications

• Current Texas license to fit and dispense hearing aids
• \n
• Passion for helping patients improve their hearing and overall quality of life

Compensation

\n

Starting Salary: $61,600 - $64,680 annually

\n

Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, education, and overall qualifications.

\n

\n

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based commissions. Commission payouts are not guaranteed and are determined by individual performance results.
