    Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinator is responsible for operational oversight to include:
    • Staffing
    • Ongoing training of staff
    • Working to achieve quality standards for their assigned hospitals.
    • Auditing and maintaining employee files to ensure all personnel are in compliance with Babies First, State, OSHA, The Joint Commission (TJC) and hospital requirements.
    • Ensuring all refer babies are being followed appropriately and getting the care they need through outcome.
    • Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all staffing needs are met and will on-board and train any new staff.
    • Coordinator will be responsible for providing site coverage when needed and will evaluate, prioritize, and screen newborns for hearing loss prior to discharge from hospital based upon established protocol.
    • Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all state reporting is done timely and meets State requirements.
    • Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all statistical reporting, billing information, staffing, quality, and satisfaction items are complete on time and as requested.
    • Coordinator will ensure that all on-going operations are functioning properly and will reinforce best practices in regards to screening, management HIPAA compliance, etc.
    • Coordinator will be responsible for other duties as assigned.

     

     

    Requirements:

    • Previous management or supervisory experience
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Detail and multi-task oriented
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills in order to communicate with staff, management and hospital personnel at all levels in a professional manner.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

     

     

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: From $20.00 per hour
